By May 14th 2010, all Calabasas property owners must have their septic tanks tested to obtain an operating permit. The city has notified OWTS property owners on 2 occasions of their obligation to comply with the ordinance. For all the Realtor’s, beware the ordinance contains an obligation to obtain an operating permit prior to voluntary conveyance of property.
